As in 2023, there will also be a group trip in 2024 under the motto “Hullern under the palm trees” from May 22nd. – May 26, 2024 .

The 4-star Hotel Valentin Son Bou is located on the outskirts of Son Bou.
The hotel has a total of 300 rooms, all equipped with a bath or shower/WC and balcony. The hotel complex has extensive gardens, two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. Loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool. A fee is only charged for bath towels. A buffet restaurant, a bistro and a café, as well as a lobby bar and a pool bar ensure your physical well-being. The buffet restaurant will always surprise you with its selection of Mediterranean and international dishes and its weekly theme evenings where you can taste Mexican, Asian or Italian specialties. There is a free hotel shuttle bus several times a day to the beach, which is the longest beach in Menorca at 3 km.
Day 1 - May 22, 2024: Arrival
Flight with Eurowings EW 9504 from Düsseldorf to Menorca (12:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.) and transfer to the Hotel Valentin Son Bou. Followed by reception and check-in to the room. In the evening we have a meal together and a cozy ending.
Day 2 - May 23, 2024: Workouts & free time
Enjoy the amenities of the hotel and let yourself be carried away by Elli's training sessions. Both advanced and beginners will be fascinated by the different programs. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights as part of your half board or premium all-inclusive catering.
Day 3 - May 24, 2024: Excursion into the interior of the country (optional)
Look forward to an exciting trip to explore the beauties of the island and experience a hula hoop workout at a very special location.
Day 4 - May 25, 2024: Free time / surprise
Take advantage of the spring sun for a hula hoop workout on the beautiful beach and end your wonderful short vacation in the beautiful hotel complex.
Day 5 - May 26, 2024: Departure
After breakfast check-out and transfer to the airport. Flight with Eurowings EW 9505 back to Düsseldorf (11:35 a.m. - 1:55 p.m.).
