Full body training with the Elli Hoop - Balance Pad

By training with the unstable balance pad, you strengthen the muscles near your joints (knees, hips, ankles, shoulders and your spine). The balance trainer has cushioning properties that will protect your joints during training. The balance pad can be easily integrated and combined into your workout with the colorful hoop. When doing exercises with the balance pad, a slight instability is created, which you compensate for through constant stabilization.

Care:

All mild commercially available cleaning products and disinfectants are suitable for cleaning the Elli Hoop - Balance Pad. Cleaners containing solvents, caustics or acids attack the material of the balance pad.

Do not store heavy objects on the balance pad. Permanent marks may be left on the material.
