About me:
My name is Anja. I am 48 years old, married and have two children and a dog. I live with my family in Lichtenau near Paderborn.
I am a very active person and enjoy being active in sports. I have had my sports instructor license for 29 years and continue to update it through regular training. In the past I have led various children's gymnastics groups. In addition to jogging, Nordic walking, kettlebells, yoga and badminton, I discovered my passion for hula hooping through Elli Hoop in spring 2020.
In June 2021 I started the first hula hoop course at my local sports club. I am currently leading the USC Altenautal 2021 e. V., VfL Lichtenau 1924 eV and at TSV Buke 1925 eV Hula-Hoop courses. I also worked several times as a lecturer for hula hoop fitness at the Paderborn Adult Education Center (VHS). I have also offered hula hoop workshops in companies as part of company health management (BGM).
I always design my workouts to be varied, with different exercises, carefully considered step sequences and also with the use of various leisure and fitness equipment. This creates an effective full-body workout accompanied by lively music. But having fun with movement is always my priority.
I love getting people excited about sports.
